Author Guidelines

IJRDO- Journal of Computer Science Engineering has well-laid-out guidelines on how an author should prepare and submit his/her manuscripts. These guidelines can be followed to make the process of review and publication smooth.

Types of Submissions

The journal is open to the following types of manuscripts:

  • Original research articles
  • Review papers
  • Case studies
  • Short communications

Any submissions must be in computer science and engineering or closely related.

Manuscript Preparation

Language

The manuscripts need to be in simple and clear English. It must be written in an easy-to-understand manner and devoid of serious grammatical mistakes.

Structure

A typical manuscript must comprise:

  • Introduction

All sections must be clearly marked and well-organized.

Formatting Requirements

The authors are asked to use simple formatting guidelines:

  • Standard font like Times New Roman is to be used.
  • Have a regular font size and spacing.
  • Number pages properly
  • Label figures and tables.
  • Insert headings and subheadings where necessary.
  • Adhere to a standard format of citation ( format will be revised)

Appropriate formatting enhances the readability and quality of the review.

Tables and Figures

Tables and figures are to be used sparingly. Authors should:

  • Give distinct titles and numbering.
  • Cite them in the text.
  • Make sure that they are clear and in the right position.
  • Do not have redundant or repetitive images.

Submission Process

Submission of manuscripts is done via the official submission system of the journal. The authors should make sure that they have included all the necessary files.

Partial submissions can be postponed or sent back.

Before Submission

Authors are advised to ensure that they check the following:

  • The text is full and correctly organized.
  • The information of all authors is accurate.
